Applying Online

Applicants can register online at www.collegeboard.com by the registration deadline.

The College Board will then provide immediate confirmation plus your registration number.

Payment can be made by credit card i.e. Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover

Applying via Mail

Cheque payment in Singapore Dollars should be made payable to:

"RELC Examinations Bureau"

Applying Personally

Completed registration forms and payment can also be submitted personally or dropped into our Collection Box (at Level 3 next to our counter) at RELC Examinations Bureau by the early (International) registration deadline.

SAT registration forms are obtainable from the bureau.

Re-registration by Phone Candidates who have previously registered for the SAT Tests can re-register by calling (IDD) 1-212-713-7789. This line is available 8am to 8.45pm (New York Time), Mondays through Fridays. Payment is by credit card i.e. Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover with an addition of US$12. Please ensure that you have been given the registration number before hanging up.
