SAT Registration Fees

General fees and charges
SAT Reasoning Test (Oct 2008 - Jun 2009) (S$119.65)
Includes the basic registration fee, International Processing fee and GST.

SAT Subject Tests (S$123.05 for 3 subjects-excluding language with listening)
Add *US$20.00 basic registration fee and *US$25 international processing fee to total fee for subject tests
  • Language Test with Listening *US$20.00 *(S$31.50)
  • All other Subject Tests, each *US$9.00 *(S$14.20)
  • Please add 7% GST to the total fee for subject tests

Payment Methods - International

The College Board accepts Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover), bank drafts and international money order in US currency made payable to "The College Board". Candidates interested in applying directly to the College Board can log on to www.collegeboard.com and submit their application online.


Payment Methods - Local

Alternatively, payment may be made through RELC Examinations Bureau in Singapore dollars by cash/cheque in favour of "RELC Examinations Bureau " or NETs. These modes of payment are applicable only to candidates who register with RELC Examinations Bureau via mail, personal submission or through the RELC Collection Box. Candidates are required to submit their payment to the following address:

NB: Please do not send cash via mail or deposit cash in RELC Collection Box.


* Candidates can use credit cards only if they register online, or send in their own Registration Form directly to the College Board. Credit cards are not accepted for payment through RELC Examinations Bureau
