The Regional Language Centre (RELC), an educational project of the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO), is located in Singapore. Since its inception in July 1968, SEAMEO RELC has not ceased to strive towards higher goals in the service of language education of the countries of Southeast Asia. The members of SEAMEO are: Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste and Vietnam. Australia, Canada, France, Germany, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway and Spain are associate members.

Examinations Operations Executives

Requirements:

• Singapore Citizen / PR
• At least ‘A’ level (with 2A and 2AO level passes) or Diploma
• Effectively bilingual (English & Mandarin)
• Proficiency and skills in computer software (Excel, Powerpoint & Word)
• Meticulous in all work areas
• Working experience in a similar capacity is preferred
• An effective team player
• Be prepared to work outside normal office hours, if required

Job description:

·         To assist in the registration for examinations and prepare statistics, reports and other documents

·         To receive and process examinations applications and to issue acknowledgments

·         To attend to public enquiries related to examinations and handle email, fax and photocopying machines

·         To perform other duties as assigned by the Manager, RELC Examinations Bureau
