ENTRANCE PROFICIENCY TEST FEES.

NOTE :Please be informed that although registration is closed on the stated dates, we would still register candidates who make their payment (Cash Only) over the counter at RELCEB level 3 on the next Working Day before 11.00am.

INFORMATION ON FILLING THE FORM

Please read the terms & conditions before applying. You are required to fill in all the fields marked with an *.  Kindly leave behind your address so that we can mail you your test details and results. Please check for the test date at the bottom and keep yourself free for that day. All applicants are assigned on a first come first serve basis.

 Kindly print out the Registration Form and bring it along when making payment at RELC (Level 03, Counter).

* Only Cash, Cheque or Cashier Order are accepted. There is No NETS and Credit Card payment facilities .

* Ensure both application form and payment reach us before stated deadline.

* Mailing of application form and cheque is not proof of registration.

* Please note that we do not accept registration sent by fax, e-mail and there is no Reservation for test date. Only registration form together with payment are accepted by postage mail or over the counter at level 3.

* Test Date are Non-Transferable (No changing of Test Date) and Test Fees are Non-Refundable.

* If making any alteration to the cheque, remember to add your signature next to the alteration

* If you still have not receive the notification letter on the last 3 working days (Wed) before the test (Mon), kindly call us at the number given below.
